Refund Policy

Last updated 26 September 2026

The short version. If Stuart Pro or Max isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment and you get all of it back. You can cancel anytime from the app.

New Pro or Max subscriptions

If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for Stuart Pro or Max, monthly or yearly, we refund it in full. You don't need to give a reason.

Renewals

If a monthly or yearly renewal charged you and you haven't used Stuart Pro or Max since that renewal, ask within 14 days of the charge and we refund it in full.

How to ask for a refund

Write to hello@stuartdesk.com from the email on your Stuart account, and include the order ID from your receipt if you have it. Refunds are processed by Dodo Payments, our merchant of record, and go back to the payment method you used. How long they take to appear depends on your bank. After a refund, your account moves to the Free plan.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime in Stuart under Settings, Account, Plan, which opens Dodo Payments' billing page. After you cancel, you won't be charged again, and you keep your plan until the end of the period you already paid for.

If we change or stop Stuart

If we remove a core part of a paid plan or stop offering Stuart, our Terms of Service explain how we refund the time you haven't used.

Free plan

The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card, so there is nothing to refund.

Chargebacks

If something about a charge looks wrong, please write to us first. We can usually fix it faster than a bank dispute.

Your rights under the law

This policy adds to your rights as a consumer. It doesn't limit any right you have under the law where you live, such as a right to withdraw from a purchase.
